Workshop 2
The Philosophy of Freedom as a source of inspiration for biographical work
The Philosophy of Freedom is the book chosen by Steiner himself to capture the work of the conscious soul that touches us now, and it is possibly the least understood of all, because it is not meant to be read, but rather to be lived.
This workshop aims to work in a fun, dynamic and entertaining way, seeking to learn for our own development and find keys to accompany the people who come to work with us.
·Find the my Self through meditation on a passage inspired by Occult Science.
·Practise to wondering .
·Practise observation without judgement.
·Practise observing thoughts to arrive at pure intuitive thinking (as presented in the philosophy
of freedom) as a source of knowledge for the biographer.
·Find the motivation for my actio
ns to achieve freedom.
·Choose, because ‘I can, I want to, and I know’
·We will conclude with meditation on the foundation stone and its alignment with our biography
and with the Philosophy of Freedom
·It is not necessary to have read the book for the
workshop

Between karma and destiny
Between Karma (the past, which cannot be changed) and Destiny (the future, which cannot be known) it is possible for human beings to Live in the Present: a new conscious relationship between the Activity of the Human ’I’ and the Immortal Presence of the Higher Self comes into Being, by becoming united spiritually through a new manifestation… of the highest value both for humanity and the Spiritual World. This Workshop argues that although this special moment is usually achieved through Meditative Practice, this ’flash of eternity’ could also be attained or lived through Biographical Research Experiences…

Workshop 4
Towards… an ensouled future
‘We are spiritual beings on an earthly journey’
Is a famous quote by Teilhard de Chardin. Any journey comes with the expectation of adventure, beauty and wonderful experiences. Even though we know that such undertakings can lead to disaster, we still embark on them. The reality is that earthly life often brings more thorns than roses. In a world where expectations and disappointments can scare us, we can find meaning in every event by viewing it as a lesson or a surprise brought to us by fate. By doing so, we can enrich our lives by observing the mysterious forces at work in our lives, and learn how to co-create with them. By paying attention to what happens and how things come about, we realise that life is full of coincidences and synchronicities. We can observe in our lives the gifts of the gods and of the adversaries (who are not to be underestimated). This workshop is an adventure in itself, offering you the chance to discover treasures in your own biography, as well as introducing you to various creative tools and instruments for your professional work. We will work with familiar and new materials, such as:
– Biography Cards (e.g. Vera’s Cards)
– The new, additional set of Biography Cards
– Edition Biographaea (4 books)
– The Book of My Life (videos).
Vera G. Klein (born 1958) is a teacher, biography coach, and artist. She currently works primarily in the Netherlands, China, and Malaysia. Klein is the co-creator of the four-volume set Biographia, the designer of Biography Cards, and the author of several books and a video course.

3. trust in oneself (self-confidence) during third septennial;
4. trust (faith) in one’s life and karma from fourth septennial on.
A practical tutorial for developing and healing in four steps one’s own faculty of trust (confidence, faith) by means of biography work based on anthroposophy through understanding one’s own process of transformation of trust and its traumatization.

Avivit Rosinger. I’m a biographical Counselor, Teacher in biography training, and supervisor at Hotam school in Israel. I’m 54, married, and have 3 children who were educated in Waldorf schools. I hold a degree in art, film, and philosophy from Tel-Aviv University. I was an innovation consultant and facilitated organizations’ workshops using the SIT method (systematic-inventive thinking). In the past 17 years, I’ve dedicated myself to a spiritual path, researching the spiritual science given by R. Steiner and the esoteric knowledge of Kabbala to keep developing the biographic and karmic work with my colleagues, my students, and clients. I’m grateful to my teacher and to the spirit world for this opportunity in my life.
Rina Osmo-Kfir. I was born in 1980, I’m married with 2 children. A Biographical counselor. I’ve started my journey in anthroposophy as a kindergarten teacher and from there the path to the biography world was open to me. I met Orna Ben Dor, my teacher in a workshop, and decided to go to a biographical counselor and to start the formation. I came to biographical counselling with the question of my destiny in life – what do I want to do? Where am I heading? During the process I realized that biography work provides me with practical everyday tools that allow me to explore my inner self, and to know myself more in depth. As a biography counselor I feel how these tools also allow my patients to access their inner selves and find meaning for the events of their lives.
Workshop 10
This experiential and dynamic workshop uses personal experience to emphasize the value of biographical work as a means of developing the self within the social context, and how the group is enriched by conscious individuality. The aim is for professional biographers to incorporate the value of the individual’s need to participate and develop with a cooperative vision of the social factor. It explores how this nourishes and allows the soul to evolve, and the importance of the individual in social development. One cannot exist without the other. In practice, the workshop is primarily experiential, employing group dynamics with 3-5 participants depending on enrollment, and culminating in a final session of group conclusions and reflections.

Workshop 11
Memory Writing is an opportunity to use writing as an artistic form of expression of autobiographical experiences, integrating the principles of the fourfold and threefold (or tripartite) formation of the human being. In a conscious and structured way, writing can become a healing process, capable of building bridges and generating legacies. Based on Human Biography, the use of recording resources and literary techniques applied to the construction of an autobiographical text will be explored. The practices learned can also be integrated into biographical work. Combining Biographical Counseling with Literary Journalism, and based on 20 years of experience in writing that immortalizes memories and inspires new stories, the following themes will be addressed:
– The need and the intention
– The author’s place
– the fourfold and threefold division in writing
– The choice of the event
– Writing resources: mind map, creative writing techniques, the hero’s journey and literary resources
– Practical exercise

Workshop 12
Tools to develop creative biographical surveys through literary passages.
Goals:
To share a space for reflection and personal expression through reading and writing, addressing biographical experiences in the form of literary stories. To explore some possibilities that literature offers as an art form in biographical consultation. Fundamentals and description of the proposal. Our inner world is inhabited by images and words. When a work of literature moves us, it also inspires us, the desire to express our own inner world is awakened in us. If this expression happens in writing, we also activate the reflective capacity as a mediator between thoughts and words, giving us the possibility of taking control of our thoughts. Thus, the creative enjoyment of choosing words grows, combining them, clarifying their redundancies, ambiguities and contradictions, organizing them so that they reflect what we want to express, integrating the events of our lives into a meaningful story. In the workshop, we will work from a narrative approach, rehearsing writing as a way to explore and organize life experiences, connect with our emotions and feelings, house them and prepare ourselves to recognize what they have to tell us. We will use fragments of different literary works to inspire us to write about our lives. We will read, link, write and share, to deepen the paths of biographical inquiry.
Some possible approaches (for example) are:
– The spaces we inhabit
– The image of our mother/father
– Our likes and dislikes
– The challenges of the human encounter
– Our close relationships
– The crises
– The profession
– The current moment.
Patricia María de Luján Montenegro
I was born in the city of Rosario, in Argentina. I currently live in Cipolletti, province of Rio Negro, with my husband Ignacio, my daughter Isabella and my son Gian Battista. I am an English Teacher, Emergency Pedagogue and Anthroposophical Biographical Consultant. Since I was little I found in literature a familiar way of knowing the world. My father was a reader with an interesting bohemian-academic style—if there is such a thing—and my mother eloquently narrated fascinating stories to my brothers and me every night. This allowed my childhood to be spent surrounded by books and stories. As a teenager, I found in reading and writing endless possibilities to test myself in that world, to recognize my similar ideals, and to express myself. Already in my first work experiences as a teacher, I marveled at the potential of literature to make known other biographical worlds, different and distant, and at the same time so humanly similar. Since I can do it, I write, and I increasingly enjoy accompanying others in the creative writing process. As a biographical consultant, I find that, with the help of literary texts, in any of their genres, it is possible to unravel knots in our own biography in a warm and friendly way. This is what led me to present this proposal to share it with all those who wish to open that door in their practices as consultant.

Workshop 14
We will start with the question: what role do the first three septeniums or 7-year periods of the body and their corresponding biographical reflections on a soul and spiritual level play in our individual life lessons, in relation to the four organs and the associated psychic pathology? We will begin by diagnosing the human biography on the basis of the anthroposophical understanding of the human being under the motto “the seed of my body lies in the spirit…” We will review the laws of the ethereal formative forces in the course of life, to continue defining the healthy biographical laws of human soul life as the basis for social and spiritual life, and conclude by explaining, from an anthroposophical psychotherapy perspective, the different developmental disorders in the first three septeniums and their corresponding biographical reflections. We will continue to describe the relationship between the organs and their formative forces, under the motto “The seed of the spirit lies in my body…” We will look at the evaluation and regeneration of the soul-spiritual forces, based on the organs, during the night, to continue with the stages of maturation of the organ systems during the first three septeniums, and end by explaining the interaction between the polarities in the different organ systems, as well as the treatment for psychological symptoms due to diseases in these organ systems.
Josep Torrelles Capdevila.
I was born in Bellpuig, a small town in the province of Lerida, in Catalonia. My first lunar node, and after a profound crisis (an opportunity for change), led me to understand that my life’s mission was to help others. After my degree in Clinical Psychology, I completed a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Therapy in Madrid. My own process of inner search led me to explore other areas, first obtaining a Diploma in Regressive Therapy, then a Diploma in Floral Therapy from Dr. E. Bach, and later a Master’s Degree in Homeopathy. Two years later, I completed the International Master’s Degree in Classical Homeopathy awarded by the Vithoulkas Academy in Greece. I came into contact with Anthroposophy thanks to my dear friend Luiz Moreira, who invited me to stay in Demetria, Botucatu (Brazil), where I experienced the Spirit of Anthroposophy deeply. This experience became vital in my own biography, leading me to the ideal of wanting to introduce Anthroposophy into my daily clinical practice. To this end, I undertook training in Anthroposophical Biography with Blanca Sánchez de Muniain in Madrid, and had the honor of working with her on my own biography. I trained in Anthroposophical Psychotherapy with psychologists Ad and Henriette Dekkers in Madrid, obtaining the International Certificate of Anthroposophical Psychotherapist issued by the Goetheanum. This, together with the application of biographical work, meant a fundamental change in my daily clinical practice. Later, in Barcelona, I completed training in Anthroposophical Medicine and Anthroposophical Art Therapy, which gave me a comprehensive overview of the therapeutic potential of Anthroposophy. As a member of the Official College of Psychologists of Catalonia, I obtained the Europsy Specialist in Psychotherapy certificate from the EFPA. I practice daily in private consultation as a clinical psychologist of Anthroposophical Biography and Psychotherapy. I also work at the C.R.A.E. (Residential Center for Educational Action), treating children and adolescents from dysfunctional families. Co-founding member of Betula (Scientific Association of Anthroposophical Psychotherapy). Member of A.T.B.O.A.E.

Workshop 15
Theoretical: explaining the relationship between Christian Festivals and the seasons of the year and Human Biography.
Practical Activity: we will seek insights and crossr oads in our biography as a whole. We will learn resources to understand our annual harvest based on Christian Festivals and the Seasons of the Year.
Workshop 16
This workshop invites participants to explore how the ways we first learned to move, play, balance, and engage with the world as young children have quietly shaped who we have become. By revisiting the simple, everyday experiences of early childhood, like rolling, reaching, crawling, standing, walking, and discovering the world through touch and motion, we will reflect on how these earliest movements continue to echo in our habits, challenges, strengths, and ways of meeting life today. Through gentle activities, conversation, and guided reflection, biography workers will gain fresh insight into how early movement experiences weave into the larger story of a human life, supporting deeper understanding in their work with others.
In biography work, we recognize that the first seven years provide the physical “vessel” for the individual’s narrative. This session explores how early sensory-motor development and the adult narrative intersect, examining how mastery of the physical body serves as a foundation for the development of the “I” and our capacity for soul expression. By looking at early childhood through the lens of movement, we can uncover the hidden architecture of our unique biographical rhythms. Participants will engage in mindful movement, collaborative storytelling, and artistic exercises to identify where these primary patterns manifest in later life cycles and across the three-fold human being. This work is essential for practitioners seeking to help clients navigate deep-seated patterns rooted in the formative years. We aim to allow the body’s wisdom to inform the life story’s wisdom.
As a Biographical Consultant (The Living Way), Maria Ester integrates life narratives with the body’s wisdom. Drawing on her expertise as an Extra Lesson Teacher, HANDLE Screener, and
Emergency Pedagogue, she explores how sensory-motor development serves as the foundation for one’s personal journey. An advocate for Early Childhood Waldorf education, she supports children’s incarnation through movement, helping participants uncover the profound link between early physical patterns and the unfolding of a life story.
Maria Eloisa (Mariel) N. Francisco is a certified Biography Work and Arts for Health practitioner. She completed the course in Manila, Philippines, conducted by mentors from Hibernia College, Stroud, UK, in 2013. Since then, she has worked with many individual clients aged 30 to 80, and has conducted numerous workshops on holistic health and the life stages, especially on midlife and aging. She attended the World Biography Conference in Emerson College, UK, in 2011 and in Kyoto, Japan, in 2024. She is a founding member of the Philippine Association for Biography Work and Art Therapy, Inc (PABATI).

Workshop 17
We base ourselves on three phases that show the possibilities of development throughout life: “I was what I could be,” “I am what I can be,” “I will be what I can be.” These questions are closely related to the Karmic Cycles.
As biographical advisors, we must observe three rhythms in the biography itself, to be able to understand and support the development of our clients
THE KARMIC RHYTHMS
Karmic Demands that determine: From birth to 21 years old
The living conditions that came to meet this individuality. Place and country of birth, family, environment, culture, etc
Karmic encounters: From 14 to 35 years old
Which people contributed to your development?
Karmic locations: From 14 to 35 years old –
From the point of view of geography and opportunities, what these places have to do with the development of this individuality?
Karmic achievement: From 28 years onwards –
Which human qualities did this individuality develop and become available for its realization and its mission in the world? By objectively examining our own biography, we realize that biographical experiences are not a random succession of events but rather constitute a coherent path that runs through all these experiences and can be represented by a red thread connecting everything. We can confirm this karmically by examining biographical events and their projection into karmic cycles. Through the coherence between events and karmic cycles, we can understand our karmic task in this life.
